As for the other 3 Design Village branches currently undergoing renovation and redesign, they remain open for regular service. These include Design Village Ratchaphruk, Phutthamonthon, and Kaset-Nawamin. Design Village Ratchaphruk, the first branch opened in 2018, is located on Ratchaphruk Road on over 14 rai of land. The renovation is now 100% complete, ready to hand over space to tenants for shop decoration. Design Village Phutthamonthon, located on Borommaratchachonnani Road, spans over 31 rai and is expected to be fully operational by March 2025. The final branch, Design Village Kaset-Nawamin, located on Kaset-Nawamin Road, covers over 50 rai and is currently in the development phase for interior and exterior design, expected to be completed by the end of 2025. All branches continue to operate normally.
